As a musician, I am a drummer for my own project band called Jersey Prophets. It's mostly rock and pretty heavy stuff, but we like to think of it as emotional and having meaningful lyrics behind it all. I started listening to the Pimps in high school and it became a sort of sound track to my life. I don't know if it was just the place I was in my life, those years were some of the best of my life and maybe I just happened to stumble on to the Pimps after hearing "Six Underground" on the Saint soundtrack...or if it was a way to deal with the drama that is notorious with teenage life, since they're stuck with me through the years, and are still the most incredible band I've ever heard. Either way, I love the SP and anyway to show my support, I'm more than willing.
