· experience:                         The Russian group T-Lazarus was founded in the year 2001 by G-Lazarus (aka Twiggy Lazarus). It was his first solo experience(he used to be the member of some groups before). As a solo performer he released his first single “My Mind Went Wrong”.
By the end of 2002 G-Lazarus was joined by a new member – a girl who took a pseudonym Y-Lazarus. As a group they began active live performing on Russian underground stage. On March 9th T-Lazarus released their first LP “Odium I”. The album was made in so called “electro-trip-hop-rock” style. Immediately after the release they embarked on recording some new songs. T-Lazarus decided to change their style in somewhat crucial way. Their new single “Unnatural” (released on May 25th) spoke louder than any words – it was made in all the best traditions of electroclash (G-Lazarus himself calls their style “glitz-electro-punk”). The second album is called “ultraWHITE” and is out since September 21st, but it is in a limited availability so at the moment T-Lazarus are preparing to release the new version of it. The release date is scheduled for the beginning of 2004. The new single will be out extremely soon and is going to be called “Surgery”.
· covers: After Every Party I Die
· comments: The song of Sneaker Pimps we are covering is “After Every Party I Die”. We think it won’t be very different from the original version, but we tended to make the sound more cold and acidified, you know… Mirwais-like. Also we have some plans to make a cover of “The Fuel” originally played by Sneaker Pimps as well, but it won’t happen very soon.
